However, due to the nature of digital work (time, effort, and resources involved), all payments are generally non-refundable once a project has started.
That said, we always aim to be fair and transparent, and we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
  •  The project has not yet been started 
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake 
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service as per the original scope 
In such cases, clients must contact us with complete details, and we will review the situation before making a decision.
 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Work has already been started or completed 
  • The client decides to cancel after the project has begun 
  • Delays are caused due to lack of communication, feedback, or content from the client 
  • Services such as SEO, digital marketing, consultations, or strategy sessions have already been delivered 
  • The client changes their mind about the project direction or requirements 
These conditions are in place because time and resources are already invested into the work.
 

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed.
For example:

  • If a project is canceled midway 
  • If only a portion of the agreed services has been delivered 

Any partial refund will be calculated fairly based on the completed work and effort involved.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following cancellation terms:

  • Before project start: You may request a cancellation, and a refund may be issued (after deducting any processing or consultation fees, if applicable) 
  • After project start: Full refunds will not be available 
We recommend discussing any concerns early to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
 

6. Revisions vs Refunds

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage clients to request revisions.
Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the final result, and in most cases, concerns can be resolved through reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.

We believe in maintaining professional and respectful relationships with our clients.
If you face any issue with our services, we request that you contact us first so we can work towards a fair resolution. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication.
Initiating disputes or chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of services.

8. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within a reasonable timeframe 
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method (where possible) 

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers or banking systems.
