All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and requirements. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and clear project requirements
  • Respond in a timely manner for feedback, approvals, and revisions 
  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, credentials, etc.) required for project completion 

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or project rescheduling.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal, quotation, or invoice 
  • Projects may require an advance payment (typically 30%–50%) before work begins 
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery or deployment 
  • In case of delayed payments, VantaCore Solutions reserves the right to:
  • Pause or delay the project 
  • Withhold final deliverables 
  • Terminate the agreement if necessary 

 

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Limited revisions are included as per the agreed project scope 
  • Any additional revisions, changes, or new features beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges 
All scope changes must be discussed and approved before implementation.
 

6. Project Delivery

We aim to deliver all projects within the agreed timeline. However:

  • Timelines depend on timely client feedback and content submission 
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party dependencies 

Final project files, website access, or deployment will only be provided after full payment has been received.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of the final project is transferred to the client only after complete payment 
  • Until full payment is made, VantaCore Solutions retains ownership of the work 
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Any sensitive data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality throughout and after the completion of the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

VantaCore Solutions shall not be held liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses 
  • Website downtime, server issues, or technical failures caused by third-party hosting providers 
  • Data loss, security breaches, or damages beyond our reasonable control 
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or services to deliver our work.
While we strive to use reliable providers, we are not responsible for:

  •  Performance issues 
  • Pricing changes 
  • Service interruptions 
  • Security vulnerabilities from third-party providers 
 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  •  The client violates any of these terms 
  • Payments are not made as agreed 
  • There is misuse, abuse, or unethical behavior 
In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
 

12. Force Majeure

VantaCore Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, technical failures, or government restrictions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
